Help 911 ("we") operates the Help 911 Recovery Concierge mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.
We collect: name, phone number, accident date, city, injury details, and service needs you provide via the app intake form. For active clients, we also store appointment history, treatment plans, documents you upload, and case status.
Your information is used to: connect you with medical providers, coordinate transportation, facilitate attorney referrals, manage your treatment plan, and provide case status updates.
We share your information only with: medical providers you are referred to, attorneys (if requested), transportation coordinators, and Help 911 agents managing your case. We never sell your data.
We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data.
